Whether you’re looking to start a career or just looking for something for the summer before you’re off to school, Maxim Roofing is an excellent place to start and finish a career if that’s what you desire! No experience is required because we provide on the job training. Typical hours are 40+ hours a week Monday – Saturday weather dependent. Start times can very project to project however it typically follows the sun and heat of the day. All positions are for Flat Roofers with a few exceptions. Many of our jobs are schools, restaurants or car dealerships, so while flat roofers do work at heights they often do not work on slopes like you would find on a typical home. Reliable transportation is a must. All jobs are usually inside a 50 mile radius of Fairborn, Ohio. All employees report to the physical jobsite locations typically, not the Maxim Office in Fairborn. Company benefits available to you after 60 days.
